Shipping

Standard shipping in the United States can take about 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. For regions outside of the US, shipping can take around 10-30 business days after your order has been processed. Please note the possibility of delayed shipping during some holidays. Refunds

Mugs will be available for refunds only within 2 weeks of receiving the product if the product received is damaged during transit and/or handling. To start the refund process, please email us your order number, damaged product, and preference for refund or exchange.

Packaging

All products are shipped in polystyrene boxes with 2 part pack slotting to provide a secure protection for the mug and handle. There will be a hole in the mug packaging to prevent suction that will make it difficult to pull the package apart. The packaging has been custom designed to keep the mug intact during shipping.
